Chat With Joy — Retention & Deletion

When you chat with Joy on this website, the conversation is retained for 90 days and used only to improve the quality of our replies and to route follow-up questions to the right member of the Juniper team. After 90 days, conversations are archived or deleted. Deletion requests you make — through Joy or through contact@juniperlongevity.com — are honoured within 14 days.

What Joy Captures, And What It Does Not

Joy captures only what you explicitly give it through structured tool calls: an email address or WeChat ID you share for follow-up, a stated language preference, a free-form note about what you are looking for. Joy does not capture, store, or forward clinical information entered into chat. If you paste a lab value, a medication list, a diagnosis, or an imaging finding, Joy will tell you not to share further, flag the moment for the Juniper operations team, and will not echo the content back.

Where Your Data Lives

Lead records and chat transcripts live in Juniper's tenant-scoped backend, operated by Clockless on Juniper's behalf. No chat content is exported to third-party analytics tools. Only aggregate counts — messages per day, escalation counts, lead capture rate — are used for operational review.
